Cancellation Terms for Meal Prep & Catering by Prime

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All cancellations must be requested a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

Cancellations/No Shows: A store credit may be provided under certain circumstances.

​No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for store credit.
